Overview
In our Qur’an program, the learners are divided into three main categories.The learners are first interviewed so that we can identify under which category they belong to.
Huruuf
This is the first stage that a learner goes through when he/she learns the proper recitation of the Quran. In this category, a learner will be taught how to read and join Arabic letters.
Objective: At the end of this level, the learner should be in a position to read letters and words perfectly without difficulties.
Tilawa
In this category, a learner is taught how to join verses of the Qur’an correctly. The learner is taught the basic rules of tajweed (correct recitation of the verses and pronunciation of Arabic letters)
Objective: At the end of this course, the learner should be a in a position to read any part of the Qur’an with Tajweed.
Hifdh
After being able to read words and verses without difficulties, it becomes easier for learners to memorize the Qur’an by themselves. In case a learner finds it hard to read words and sentences then the memorization part becomes harder.
Objective: The learner should be able to memorize the Qur’an smoothly with correct Tajweed.
